Sort every task by urgency and importance, make time for what actually moves your life forward, and let go of the busywork.

The answers put every task in one of four boxes, and each box tells you what to do with it.
Do these now. Deadlines, escalations, anything that's on fire or blocking someone else.
Block time for these. Strategy, planning, learning, relationships — the work that moves things forward and is easiest to postpone. Aim to live here.
Hand these off or time-box them. Interruptions, most meetings, requests that feel pressing but don't need you specifically.
Drop these, or admit you're doing them for fun. Busywork, doom-scrolling, the slide nobody will read.
Most days get eaten by Do First and Delegate. The matrix exists to make room for Schedule.
